I am grateful to have had the experiences I have had. I was blessed with the gifts of Martial art , strength training and meditation from a young age. These things have had a positive effect on me and so and im very glad to be able to pass them on to others if it helps them
Catalyst for positive change
I may have been a professional fighter, spent years in training camps in Thailand and China and done my sports science degree.
But the thing that really helps me to be a coach is my own personal journey of transformation. I wasn’t born strong, disciplined or smart , I dropped out of school at 14 and became addicted to drugs. I had to go through a process of many years of struggle to become the person I am. That’s why I understand how hard it is to level up in life and change.
I have helped people from all walks of life to become the strongest versions of thierself. Martial art training and strength training transforms people positively . And that is why I believe in it.
Essentially it is about learning to harness your energy and focus it on positive things.
Martial art seems to be only about learning to fight but many people use it as a tool to conquer thierself. The punches and kicks are tools to smash though tiredness lethargy, laziness and depression.
More efficent and safer training...
My methods were formed firstly through direct experience of training in martial art camps and lessons gained through fighting. Then all the above married with scientific knowledge about, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and psychology. I have done things the hard way and been injured. I had to go through a lot of pain to learn what I know. Over the years I have figured out better safer ways of getting people into peak condition with much lower risk of injury

Therefore I’m pretty patient as a coach. But I’m also 100% real and honest with everyone. And I can only help people who know what they want.
