The Founder’s Journey

At the age of 14, john found solace in martial arts, steering away from a troublesome path of drugs and crime. Immersed in training from the age of 17 he dedicated three years to studying Chinese kickboxing in China before traveling to Thailand to train and compete in Muay Thai. An unfortunate injury led him to explore the science of training through a sports science degree, through learning, sport and exercise science, John was able to rehabilitate his injury and that led to lead to his return to professional Muay Thai. This incredible journey laid the groundwork for their mission to share the wisdom gained and help others train smarter to achieve their goals without facing unnecessary setbacks.
